UCSC genome browser

ChIPseek converts uploaded files into tracks which can be shown on the UCSC genome browser. The link to UCSC genome browser is provided in the last column in the annotation table. Users may click on the link and open an new window of UCSC genome browser. That link indicates a specific region centered by the selected peak (±1000bp). All files uploaded by the user will be shown on the genome browser in red*. For user who wants to explore specific regions on the genome browser, they can simply type the number of chromosome and the region (start and end) as highlighted in the blue box.

*If the peaks have scores, they will be scaled to the score. If not, ChIPseek assigns 1 to every peak.
